Quick Start | 快速开始

Signing In | 签到

1. Find your name in the member list on the main page | 在主页面的成员列表中找到您的名字
2. Click the "Sign In" button next to your name | 点击您名字旁边的"签到"按钮
3. You'll see confirmation and your name will appear in the "Active Sessions" section | 您将看到确认信息，您的名字会出现在"活跃会话"部分

Signing Out | 签退

1. Find your name in the "Active Sessions" section | 在"活跃会话"部分找到您的名字
2. Review the pre-filled event description (you can modify it if needed) | 查看预填的活动描述（如果需要可以修改）
3. Click "Sign Out" - your hours are automatically calculated and saved | 点击"签退" - 您的时长会自动计算并保存

Language | 语言

• Use the language selector at the top-left of the page to switch between English and 中文 | 使用页面左上角的语言选择器在英文和中文之间切换
